About this site

This website is provided by Brynaxa ("Brynaxa," "we," "us," or "our") for general information about the tools we build. Descriptions of tools on this site explain what those tools are designed to do. Contacting us or requesting access does not create a contract, a sale, or any guarantee that a given tool is available to you.

Our tools are aids, not a validated system

Brynaxa tools are analytical aids intended to support your own validated processes and professional judgment. They are not a validated system or a regulatory system of record, and using them does not by itself establish regulatory compliance. Any statistical methods referenced, including ICH Q1E, are industry guidelines. Responsibility for method selection, fitness for the intended use, and the final result stays with you and your organization.

Software is licensed separately

Nothing on this site grants you a licence to any Brynaxa software. Any software we make available is provided under the specific licence and purchase terms that accompany it. Those terms will govern its use, and where they conflict with these website terms, the software terms control for that software.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

• attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure;
• copy, scrape, or systematically extract the site's content except as ordinary browsing requires;
• use the site to send unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.

Intellectual property

The Brynaxa name, logo, site design, text, and graphics are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not reproduce or reuse its content for your own commercial purposes without our permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute arising from the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
